Packfiled helps sellers plan packaging extended producer responsibility (EPR) and Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) work. It does not file registrations, submit reports, or act as an authorized representative.

What we collect

• Account details you enter (email, password via our auth provider).
• Workspace facts you enter (marketplaces, countries you ship to, checklist progress, files you put in the vault).
• Billing identifiers needed to run a subscription (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Product usage events (pages, buttons) so we can see whether the product works.

Packfiled is software for your own workspace. It is not a directory of other sellers, and we do not offer other businesses as a product.

Who we share with

• Stripe, to run checkout and the $99/month subscription.
• Our hosting, database, and analytics providers, only to run Packfiled.
• The law, if we are required to.

We do not sell your account to other companies for their marketing.

Retention

We keep account and workspace records while the account is open. You can email oli@fluxos.ai to close the account. Billing records stay as long as tax and card-network rules require.

Your choices

You can access or correct workspace records in the product, download what the product already shows you, and request deletion at oli@fluxos.ai.
