What Packfiled is

Packfiled is planning software. It shows calendars, checklists, and a vault so you can plan packaging EPR (extended producer responsibility) and PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) work.

Packfiled does not file, submit registrations, certify compliance, or act as an authorized representative. Deadlines and marketplace rules change. Confirm anything that matters with the scheme, the marketplace, or your own advisor.

Account and subscription

You need an account to use the paid workspace. The catalog is $99 per month, billed by Stripe, until you cancel. Cancel in the billing portal. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

The unpaid first session is a sample. Unlocking extra countries, the vault, and the rest of the checks requires the subscription.

Acceptable use

Use Packfiled for your own planning. Do not scrape the service, resell access, or use it to assemble other sellers’ accounts.

Content you add

You keep what you upload. You give us a license to host it so the product can show it back to you. Do not upload anyone else’s confidential files.

Disclaimer

The product is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a date, checklist item, or registration number is complete or that using Packfiled means you are in scope, registered, or compliant.

To the extent the law allows, howtheF AI, LLC is not liable for lost sales, marketplace suspensions, fines, or missed filings. Our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us for Packfiled in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

Delaware law, United States. Courts in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
